Do I have to pay for shipping?

Spend over $70 to get Free Shipping on a Subscription, or spend over $99 to get Free Shipping on a regular order! Otherwise, we have a $10 flat rate Australia wide.

How long will it take to get my order?

It really depends on where you live! Typically, any order placed by 12pm AEST on a weekday should leave our Sydney based warehouse that very same day. Any order placed after 12pm AEST should be dispatched within 24 hours.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you've just ordered, we'll be sending you an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email real soon!

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

We are shipping all of our do-goodies orders from our warehouse in Sydney via Australia Post, so please allow the usual time it takes for mail to reach you. Once it's been packed (within 1 business day), we'll be sending you an email with a tracking

Do you ship Australia wide?

We sure do! Our deliveries can go anywhere your postie does, from the top of Cape York down to the bottom of Tassie...yes...even Tassie! We aren't shipping to New Zealand yet, (we know, we know, they are PRACTICALLY Australian) but we hope to soon!

Do you ship internationally (outside Australia?)

Currently we are only shipping within Australia (finally... something Australia gets BEFORE the rest of the world!) but we will be looking to expand internationally in the future.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
