Spend over $70 to get Free Shipping on a Subscription, or spend over $99 to get Free Shipping on a regular order! Otherwise, we have a $10 flat rate Australia wide.

You know what really sucks? Getting to the checkout and being slugged with an unexpected fee. It's the worst! So to stay true to our philosophy on Radical Transparency, we're gonna be straight-up with you about how much shipping costs us and how much we charge you... before you get to the checkout!

1) WHAT IT COSTS US:

The exact cost we get charged by our courier/ delivery partners depends on what you order and where you live. The smaller your order and the closer you live to our warehouse, the cheaper it is for us to deliver to you. The larger your order and the further you live from our warehouse, the more expensive it is.

To keep things simple, we've worked out that the average cost to deliver full pouches to your door and empty pouches back to our door is $20.37. We reckon going half-ies in this cost is pretty fair... you pay $10 and we pay $10. Hence why we charge a $10 flat rate shipping fee nationwide. But if you spend over $99, shipping is 100% on us!
