How do I check the status of my order?Updated 3 days ago

Once you place your order, your hard work is done. Ours is just beginning…..


Here is a little insight into the journey your do-goodies go through to get to you: 


  • As soon as you place your order or your subscription is processed you will receive an order confirmation email. This includes your order number and receipt. 

  • Our warehouse starts picking and packing your order. Typically this is within 24 hours.

  • Once your order is ready to go we will hand it over to one of our delivery partners, this is when you will receive a tracking link via email. 

  • You will then be able to track your do-goodies all the way to your front door either via the Auspost website/ app or the Couriers Please website. 


If your do-goodies are past their expected due date and you are still patiently waiting, we highly recommend following up with Aus Post or Couriers Please first by filing an enquiry.
