Once you have placed your order.. sit back and wait for your shipping confirmation to arrive and your Aust Post tracker will tell all..

Are you patiently waiting for your plastic-busting do-goodies to arrive and want to find out where they are at on their journey?

If you've just ordered, we'll be sending you a Shipping Confirmation email (usually within one business day) letting you know your order has been lovingly packed by our team of Zero Co packing Elves, and is en-route.

This email includes your tracking number, so you can find out what's happening with your delivery (you'll be stoked to know that all of our planet-friendly products are delivered Carbon Negative via Australia Post). 

If your do-goodies are past their expected due date and you are still patiently waiting, we highly recommend following up with Aus Post first by filing an enquiry.
