What happens if my order doesn't arrive?Updated 8 months ago

We are shipping all of our do-goodies orders from our warehouse in Sydney via Australia Post, so please allow the usual time it takes for mail to reach you.

Once it's been packed (within 1 business day), we'll be sending you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

If your order is suspiciously late, please contact our customer service super stars and they will get on the case for you! We're highly trained in locating missing parcels 🔎
