It really depends on where you live!

Time to pack your order (a.k.a Dispatch) 🎁

Typically, any order placed by 12pm AEST on a weekday should leave our Sydney based warehouse that very same day. Any order placed after 12pm AEST should be dispatched within 24 hours (so likely the next business day). Note: During peak periods like Black Friday and Christmas, the time to dispatch your order may be extended!.

But… pretty please be mindful that we are a brand spanking new business (only launched in November 2020), so we’re still figuring out some of the kinks with our unique supply chain. So, if we happen to experience any unexpected packing delays, please bear with us!

Time for our elves (a.k.a Aus Post) to deliver 🚚

Delivery times with Australia Post will depend on where in Australia you are located… but typically you can expect your order to arrive within:

• 2-5 business days if you live in a metro area
• 3-8 business days if you live in a regional area
• 5-17 business days if you live in a rural area

You should always receive an email to let you know that your order has left our warehouse, along with your Aus Post tracking details, so you can follow your order's journey to your front door 🏡
