Do you have to clean the pouches before you return them?Updated a year ago

Look at you go you super-eager, cleaning-beaver! It would be super-dooper awesome if you could give your pouches a wipe down to remove any mess on the outside of them, but whatever you do, don't try and clean the inside...or the world will end! Just kidding...but seriously don't try and clean the inside of the pouches please. We've developed a world-first, proprietary cleaning and sanitisation process that will take care of that for you!
